Service is good Need to go back and sample a few more choices but I left thinking that there was nothing outstanding.
We first tried this by dining in. The food is really good. They are a bit pricey. We have gotten takeout from this place as well. Again we were not disappointed. My only complaint is that they do not have Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls
There are not alot of Chinese restaurants in White Rock. We came across this place by accident the other day. Ordered a couple of dishes and it was satisfying. Small and cozy with red and black decor. Service was good and I would say that we would go back. I have read alot of negative reviews but Comon Man this is not a 5 star restaurant. It's just a good place to have lunch, so let's give credit where credit is due.
Not the greatest decor, but the great food and friendly service more than makes up for it. This is our favourite lunch spot and have been ordering dinner take-outs from here for years. The large amount of asian customers to me is proof of the quality and authenticity of the food.
This place deserves a minus rating. The place is old and dingy. The bathroom is close to kitchen in tiny hallway. This whole place is small and unappealing.. food is quite bland ard VERY overpriced. Portions are quite small. Won Ton soup was a disaster... broth bland and jelly bean size Won Ton wrappers. I found the hostess/ owner to be very rude after she asked how the food was but didn't like being told it wasn't very good. She then atttempted to belittle me for telling her the truth. Very phoney. Save your , time and effort in going to this poor so called Chinese food place. There are others in area much better. Believe me... we know good Chinese food politeness which is very lacking here. In category listed for cost: fine dining is a total misnomer. Very expensive for what is offered.
