Yo Fresh Yogurt Cafe - Whitehall

So yesterday my first time was frozen yogurt and I loved it. I was told that I went to the YoFresh in Whitehall because I heard they have the best flavors and toppings. When I went to a young lady, I immediately helped and went through the process. She gave me samples and was very nice to me and my family. I accidentally saw her name was Nicole because it was on her hat. The girls there are very friendly and friendly, and they definitely keep the place very clean. I will definitely return.

I want to take the time and thank the employee (young female, she told me her name, but I can't remember... I went to 10-21 shortly after 6:00 for the service I received. I would be shocked if it was the same female that gave me the review because this employee was professional and very nice. I went hoping to get smoothies, but never been there before so was 't sure about menu, options etc. I was greeted with a smile at the door and she asked my wife and I if we were in a Yofresh before. I told her I didn't and she came from behind the counter and gave me a quick breakdown, how to serve, choose, etc. I asked about the smoothie options I have seen online and apologized and said that this site does not offer smoothies, but so many people ask for it and she will let the property know that it could be a good idea... so sorry about it. She then went on and made interaction with my daughter and offered her a sample of flavors. She was super friendly and answered all the questions I had and allowed me to taste different flavors. I didn't buy anything (I was just in the mood for a smoothie, but the flavors that I made sample all tasted great, and I will only return because of these employees. Thank you.

I would like more if I hadn't asked to try the frozen yogurt. The diversity of this yogurt place is also kind of sad. I have to say that this place is redeemed with friendly staff.

I had an employee, Lauren, help me choose my choices of yogurt and she was very helpful and patient while I tried all the samples. I love it HERE and I love LAUREN

Please is pleasant and clean and the frozen yogurt selections are excellent. Not a lot of selections but the ones that are there are great flavors.
