This quaint restaurant in Vermont offers authentic Italian cuisine. They provide takeout options and have a spacious dining area where you can bring your own wine. Their specialty is pizza, with a variety of options including both red and white base pizzas cooked in a woodfire oven. The prosciutto topped pizza was a personal favorite. They also offer a selection of pasta dishes, with the standout being their carbonara made in the 'real Italian' style without cream. The tiramisu is a must-try dessert, and the lemon cake, although slightly frozen, was still enjoyable. The service was excellent, and I will definitely be returning for more carbonara, pizza, and tiramisu.
When I want an Italian fix/feed, I head to VM. Luigi and his crew at this simple joint serves up nothing but the best. Fresh and delicious. Every single time. Enzo at front of house is a warm, bubbly and real friendly bloke too.
Top notch REAL Napoli woodfire pizza, Thin base , fresh minimal topping. Amazing every time. Great prices also for such quality ingredients. <br/ <br/ If you want a thick **** processed topping style American pizza this classy authentic place is not for you.
I absolutely adore this genuine Italian restaurant. The service is friendly and the food is fantastic, especially the delicious pizza, pasta, and gluten-free gnocchi. Well done!
