Buffalo Wild Wings - Whittier

The wings were dry, maybe overcooked. There is too much sauce on them. We will not visit again. It is a popular place, but we did not enjoy the food. The celery was inedible.

This was an order to go. We got the double cheeseburger with fries. The burger was pretty good with plenty of meat and the bun was soft. The burger comes with everything but onions and my special instructions were correct. The fries didn’t travel well and were a bit cold and over cooked. Overall it was an enjoyable meal.

Service is terrible, it took 30 min to come out and tend the people waiting at the take out station, they only have 1 cook and 1 waitress hosting during the day ??

Buffalo Wild Wings has traditionally been a great spot for wings and beer. However, recent visits have been disappointing. The ambiance sometimes is unpleasant due to bad odors. When feedback was given, the response from the staff was unprofessional, showing a lack of concern for customer experience. It’s noticeable that the quality and attention to the location have declined over time. This change is reflected in the reduced number of customers frequenting the establishment. As a long-time patron, it’s disheartening to witness this downturn. RESTROOMS ARE AWFUL!

It took 15 minutes for some anowlage me after being sat at my table would you like something do drink or what. Okay For the next hour and a half I waited for a refill or a opportunity to order food that never came thanks for the awesome service and the best part I guess they thought the curling iron belonged to my balled
