Buffalo Wild Wings - Wichita Falls

It has been quite a while since we dined there, but we won't wait long to return. The American burger was absolutely delicious! The fries were crispy on the outside and perfectly fluffy on the inside—definitely a hit. Our server was very sweet and attentive. My husband also enjoyed his wings. Overall, we had a fantastic meal.

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, thanks to the exceptional service we received. Our hostess was incredibly professional and friendly, though I unfortunately didn’t catch her name. Her cheerful and welcoming demeanor made our wait much more enjoyable. Additionally, our waitress was attentive and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout our visit.

I had Kelly as my server, and she did an amazing job! I was injured and using crutches, and I completely forgot that I couldn't carry anything but my drink. I ended up leaving almost everything behind, but Kelly kindly offered to help me and carried my food and drink to my vehicle. That's really going above and beyond! The food was perfectly cooked, and I managed to eat pretty quickly. The kitchen definitely deserves a shout-out for their excellent work!

Great service! we have both wraps, but the sauces came on the side, instead of just an additional side of the sauce as we wanted. also the bier selection on tap was not great. I think they were between summer and autumn beer, but still. overall still a good experience.

Good food and friendly. Too busy for the staff they have, which hinders customer service. Focused on the telephone orders over serving the customer there in front of them.
