Feedback gevenThere was only a very unfriendly person working for dinner on weekends. I was third in the line and it literally took over 45 minutes to get me then my online order was not ready. The worker then took almost 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches and got them wrong, although the order was printed before him. I left five people behind me. I thought I was in the twilight zone.
Usually this subway is pretty good, but not so much today. The bread was probably not made right and was hard. The tomatoes were green and so were the hard. Most of the toppings on a half had completely dropped before I picked them up. If the taste was on point, I would not have thanked so much, but nothing really cost. After all, they served me soggy cookies. If I had warned before, I would have skipped them and saved my money. They were not soft, they were wet and soggy. Editing the menu means nothing with all these oversights. And the fact that they knowingly sold subpar product to me let me know that they don't care about their jobs and/or brand they represent.

The lady who is working right now was kind. Only a few customers ahead of me and my fiance. Saw she was the only one there but she did really good and the food was amazing too!
Had a ham sandwich but it wasn't like my favorite chicken bacon ranch sub that they no longer carry
