Bonefish Grill - Williamsburg

The food was delicious but the service was horrible! This was the third time we went to Bonefish in Williamsburg and had terrible service. We like to sit at the bar but were ignored more than once. Our last visit we had to ask a dining room server to get someone to help us. Once we got drinks and an appetizer we didn’t see our bartender again. We had to flag her down for the check.

The greeter/ seater was great, LOVED his voice! But as much as we paid for food the quality did NOT match the price... I had fish, well I had batter with a little piece of fish in it... the boneless chicken breast was pure dry... the chopped potatoes had a weird smell... everything else wasn't too bad, beautiful place

Grits were a bit cold and sticky. Shrimp was very good. Coffee was slow in coming.

This Bonefish Grill located in Williamsburg, Virginia is great and terrible at the same time. The food is absolutely amazing. Our waitress and management were terrible. The food couldn’t have been any better. But our waitress, we don’t think could have been much worse. And the managers aren’t much better. After we were seated and eating our appetizer we finished our drinks (water). We waited 15 minutes before we received any refills. This is completely unacceptable. During this time we had visits to our table from three different managers. Even though the food was fantastic, we will not be returning to this location due to our waitress and the management. Unfortunately we do NOT recommend this location.Parking: Plenty of free parking available.

I am disgusted, at my forest visit to this location. I’m glad I didn’t order the pork chops, because my Big Bang shrimp was made two times and still wrong. The first time, it wasn’t the correct size I requested and the lettuce was bad. The second time the grease wasn’t even drained from my shrimp, before putting it with the lettuce. Which wasn’t extra lettuce like I reheated it to be, and the manager confirmed. Smh, almost an hour for something that will be trashed because all that grease. That DEFINITELY should have been drained properly.
