Feedback gevenI'm done. Three of the last four trips without the pizza I ordered. This past time, two employees were incredibly insulting and insulting. You expected me to be okay with something I didn't order or leave with a refund and start planning a meal for my daughter. I was upset about it, and they gassed me so it looks like I was the one who was wrong. It was so arrogant. It ended my 3 years old in a cockpin for the evening. The attached photo is the result of the tantrum that followed and tried to calm it. I always gave them chances. It's been a long time since I saw a place that's unprofessional.
The amount of time waiting in the line to get food you already ordered and paid, it is not worth most customers. But the quality of the product will not be the brand. When I was an assistant, it wouldn't have been acceptable. The internal counter is closed because the door is locked. Do not worry to order online, because at the time you wait to get the window, your order is old and cold. Many people think when they just go upstairs that somehow the closed door is opened magically by a real nurse. Funny?
What a tragic mess. I have a few people working there, that doesn't matter. Had pizza yesterday and they gave me the wrong one. I showed them and they told me it was the right pizza. Then they exchanged it for one who was drowned in pizza sauce and the dough was not even done.
It is a fine pizza for what it is, but the store is really incompatible with its service at the Willmar site. The lobby can be open. The order may or may not be correct. Edit: I'm done with them now. Preordered. I wanted to pick up. Was basically ignored in the lobby. At least twenty minutes in the lobby to say they had not yet started my pizza. Another whole evening. They are short staff, but no communication and courtesy is unprofessional.
Pizza is ok for what you?re paying. I understand being short staffed, but allowing online orders, but not having the lobby open to pick them up from the pizza portal doesn?t make sense especially when you have people waiting in line for 30+ minutes.
