Papa Johns Pizza - Willoughby

I placed order online. Asked for pepperoni and banana peppers. Received pepperoni and mushrooms. After waiting 15 min longer, got cold pizza for delivery as THEY used door dash. I called and explained it was the wrong pizza. Manager said she made it herself and she put banana peppers on it. After arguing a little, she hung up on me. I drove the pizza back up there and they still were confrontational. I will never go to the Willoughby store again. It has gone down hill. Guess I have to try the epic garlic pizza at a different location!

I ordered an xl extra cheese and pepperoni pizza it didn't have extra cheese on it I will never order from them again

This place is possibly the worst papa johns I've encountered! Called in to order (took 15 minutes) and they told me 20 minutes. I get there the employees was arguing,1 was almost passed out on the counter and they mixed up our order with someone else's that went out for delivery. So we wait ANOTHER 15 minutes for our order to be made right. I go in and pay on my CC and before I walk out I figured what the hell I better check the food. Sure enough,half the pizza didn't have cheese even covering it and the other pepperoni pizza had literally 4 pieces of pepperoni on a large. So I just told the zombie guy who could barely stand up that I just want a refund,to keep this garbage. He tells me they don't give refunds,they can make my food again. My reaction and response didn't go well....at all....do yourself a favor and stay away,don't waste your money or time!!!

Missed all of the toppings. Guess you gotta check before you get home!

Crazy on the bacon cheese bread in photos on their site look nothing like what you get when you order.
