Pho Cali - Wilmington

I have been a regular at this restaurant for about 2 years, visiting a few times a month because they serve the best soup. I always order the bun Bo hue, which is delicious and comes in generous portions. The staff is friendly and always remembers my order, so I never have to look at the menu. This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant.

This is my go-to spot for pho, the broth is outstanding and full of flavor. The servings are generous and the meat is plentiful. Their bun thit cha gio is equally delectable. I highly recommend this place to anyone in search of delicious Vietnamese cuisine in the area!

Food was ok, I was honestly a little concerned about the age of the chicken in the chicken Pho that my daughter ordered. It looked old, and didn't smell fresh. I didn't let her eat any of it.

(2023)Disappointed. The Pho Steak flank soup had too much pepper corn taste and smell. So I ordered the shrimp Pho. Weird smell… the shrimp should at least have tail removed if on soup. This place has gone down hill…. (2018) Grabbing some Pho Soup now for lunch! My favorite is the Pho Soup with Bean Curd/Tofu $9.25. I love using the Hoisin Sauce in my Soup! Try it, but not too much because it’s already salty to the taste. Or some on the side and dip your Tofu or broccoli
