Southeast Kitchen - Wilmington

We are currently visiting family in the area so decided to order few items for takeout and every single item was so delicious! I am throughly obsessed with the friend rice and drunken noodles. We will def order again!

The portion sizes are generous, and the rice is excellent. The vegetables are fresh and the dishes have a nice kick to them. I definitely plan to return, though it's takeout only.

My only complaint is the preparation time. I often have to place my order at least 30 minutes in advance and then wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes when I arrive for pick-up. They also haven’t opened the restaurant for waiting inside due to ongoing COVID protocols. If they could improve the pickup time, I would happily give them a 5-star rating. Nevertheless, the quality of the food is great, and I definitely recommend this restaurant to other Asian cuisine enthusiasts.

I absolutely LOVE this place! The curry and the drunken noodles are so good! You can’t go wrong with those choices! I wish they would reopen the restaurant for dining. Make sure to have you credit card information ready when you order over the phone because they take credit cards when you order.

I absolutely love Southeast Kitchen! It has been a favorite of ours since we moved back six years ago. I really wish they would bring back indoor dining; it was BYOB and created less waste compared to takeout. Since they suspended dine-in service due to COVID, we've drastically reduced our visits, and it seems like dine-in might not be coming back. I'm not a fan of the waste that comes with takeout, so I hope they reconsider because we used to eat there three times a week! Everything on the menu is fantastic! Some of our favorites include beef Pad Thai, Tom Kha Gai, pho, and pork lettuce wraps, just to name a few. The curries are also amazing!
