La Rancherita Grill Tequila - Wilson

This place is absolutely brilliant. Our server was fantastic and recommended this incredible drink to be honest I'm not quite sure what it is, but it's delicious and strong) got the guacamole with pineapples and the Fajitas, all of it excellent. Great service, great food, great atmosphere Edit: server name is Gabby and she was amazing. ?

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, super fast service. We arrived around 4:30pm today, Friday, and were given a table almost immediately. I noticed that it quickly filled up shortly after that, but their staff handled it like pros. The food is delicious, everything was served hot and fresh. We had 4 adults 3 kids. The portions were huge; one plate for two could 've really fed 4, kids each had their own meal. It 's a great place to take cute photos and definitely try their various margaritas and tacos. So sad I live 4 hours away!! ?

Came in with a party of twelve to celebrate my neices birthday. The food and service was great. We expected to wait 50 minutes but ended up waiting less than 30 minutes. The only complaint is how slippery the floors are. I was terrified my mother would fall and get hurt. Overall everything else was great.

Salsa and chips were excellent, salsa is Pico de gallo style and fresh. Entrees were very good... better than the average sit down Mexican restaurant. The style was as close to authentic Mexican as you can get in NC. The floor is slippery... no kidding... be careful.

My sister and I came for a nice dinner after a long day. Wait time was 1 hour so we decided to sit at the bar. Service was terrible from the staff. We asked for napkins and silverware and they told us to wait for the bartender to provide us for that. The bartender was not only serving the bar- but also other tables since she was the only working double time to provide the drinks. She did amazing work with managing orders from the bar to helping and serving drinks from other tables. Team work goes a long way and I could see that she was getting little to no help. We then proceed to ask for the check and again- the hostess said we have to wait for the bartender. We felt bad with bothering her for napkins/ silverware and the check as we saw that she was extremely overloaded. But she did provide exceptional service.
