Feedback gevenWorst location I've been to so far. Most employees are unfriendy, unhelpful and unsanitary. Their sanitation rating says it all. I've had hair in my food because they dont wear hairnets for some reason. This is the 2nd time I've ordered online and they have been closed. 1st time they wouldn't even give me a refund because apparently they didn't get my money. Another time I noticed they didn't put cucumbers in 2 sandwiches I ordered so I went up to the employee and said maybe he forgot to put the cucumbers in there and if I could get some and he just looked at me annoyed said he's out of cucumbers. He could've said that when I picked up my order instead of assuming I would forget or not notice.
It’s clean- but bad service. The employees don’t listen to what you ask for. They put wrong toppings on your sandwich.
Black dude sandwich artist needs to find a new job! Ignorant and super customer unfriendly. He is a poor representation of what subway should look.
This Subway is awful, they are constantly closed during normal business hours. There have been several times where I made the mistake of driving 20 minutes out to this location under the good faith assumption that they would be open during the posted business hours. Apparently they enjoy wasting people’s gas money and time. When they are open the customer service is slow and the employees are rude and the managers do not care. They have a complete and utter disregard for their customers, I will never come back here.
Ordered on app. Told to pick up at 6:15. I got there at 6:07. Hours said they were open until 9, but was told they were closed at 6:07. Employees would not open door. Was told by employee they didn’t get my order even though I had order number in hand. Very rude and they had bag in hand when they left.
