Waffle House - Winchester

I went to Waffle House after waiting for a half hour at the Cracker Barrel, I ordered the old timers breakfast with Biscuits and Gravy, after a significant wait the waitress brought the eggs and said it would be a little bit longer for the Biscuits and Gravy, the eggs were long past cold when she came out again telling me me they were out of biscuits and offered toast so without eating anything I paid my bill I walked out. Now back to the waffle House. I was served my desired B&G breakfast, it was cooked exactly as I had asked and it was within five minutes. So why only 4 Stars? The W.H. is a very loud environment, their wait staff think nothing of yelling back and forth. The food is delicious and great value. But it would be nice with a modicum of decorum.

Great for a quick, cheap breakfast, no, much more than that. Excellent customer service, thanks to Roger. What a pro! The place was sparkling clean, including the restrooms. Loved the coffee, so good in the diner-style mug. Mom liked her waffle. I had hash browns, not a lot of vegan, but that's not what Waffle House is. It's an experience. This one was great. Keep going Waffle House 9 Top Waffle award for sure!
