Applebee's Grill - Windham

The host was friendly, out waitress was attentive and the food was hot.Dietary restrictions: Not a lot of low calorie options

The women and men that was on night shift out front tonight are very rude and their service of hospitality sucks. I stood at the front entrance for 30 minutes or more. Waiting on assistance. Everybody saw me that worked there but nobody noticed me. Nobody approached me. Everybody looked at me but nobody saw me a Caucasian married couple walks in behind me and 2 seconds later everybody notice the front entrance everybody was working. Everybody was asking hey what you need and asking all kind of help but I wasn't noticed until that couple walked in

I had told the hostess that I was waiting for someone but didn't think she was there. I described her and she kind of shrugged. No real effort to see if she'd been seated. She kept pulling stuff out of the stand like her coat and pocketbook. When my friend arrived, so did some other women. No acknowledgement by the hostess who gathered her things up at 11:58 am and walked away leaving all of us just standing there. No one took her place. We waited for a few minutes and left.

They had a good wait staffThe food was what horribly over salted,, almost inedible..

A huge appreciation goes out to Katherine (waitress with the cool tattoos) !! Wife and I has had Katherine several plus times as our waitress. With this, Katherine has always showed an up beat demeanor while waiting on us as with all her other tables. Therefore, the wife and I like to extend our appreciation towards Katherine, for her utmost polite professionalism !Best in Life Catherine and Marshall
