The Greyhound Pub Eton Wick

Because of COVID restrictions, I was able to meet some friends outdoors with table service only. I was required to sign in upon arrival and provide my phone number. The service was excellent, and we were even offered complimentary cheese and crackers. The Smuggler ale from Rebellion Brewery was fantastic and clearly well-maintained. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

The staff at this restaurant are wonderful and can cater to any customer, making everyone feel welcome. They have a fantastic traditional skittle alley available for private functions such as birthdays, baby showers, and family gatherings. They offer a great selection of drinks and delicious lunch options. Guests can enjoy frequent live music and karaoke. Children are also welcome at this establishment. The locals are friendly and welcoming, creating a nice atmosphere to enjoy. It's great to have a pub still open during these challenging times.

The pub is popular with locals and has a lively atmosphere in a village where many other pubs have struggled to survive. This speaks volumes about the excellent management and staff at this welcoming establishment. They host monthly live music and karaoke events that should not be missed. The pub offers a great selection of drinks, especially gin.

The people and the place leave a lot to be desired. The thing to remember is when you come to a place like this you will be in the company of people who have a very low moral threshold and find dreadful and inappropriate behaviour...to be Ok. Emboldened by management who take no action they will treat strangers dreadfully, some would call it assault. Beware this pit.

After a day in legoland this was just the place we needed to refuel. The food was great, plenty of choice, good staff and plenty of beer options.
