Cousin's Pizza - Wingdale

The pizza was very delicious. They were able to accommodate my wife's vegan request by making a pizza without cheese and loaded with vegetables. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5.

Cousin's has been a long-standing favorite in Wingdale and Dover for many years. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade, and every visit is consistently excellent. The food is delicious, and the service is top-notch. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

I ordered Chicken Parmesan from the Slice app and was disappointed. Unlike other places, this dish did not come with pasta on the side. I felt like I paid a high price for a tough slab of chicken. I have never tried their food before and won't be going back. I usually order from Village Pizza, but decided to give Cousins a try based on recommendations. However, I prefer Village Pizza because they provide a complete meal. I also ordered a reuben sandwich which was not grilled and was just average.

The customer service was terrible. The girl was too busy on her phone to even acknowledge me. The chef had to ask for my order. I ordered 2 slices of Sicilian pizza, which took a while to be put in the oven. I paid for them, left, and when I started eating them, I realized they were crunchy and stale. They were the worst slices I have ever had! I used to go there regularly, but now I won't be wasting my time or money there again. Thanks for ruining my lunch.
