Baohouse - Winnipeg

This review is for the Bao House food truck. I tried it today for the food truck wars and ordered the pork belly bao. I paid $13.59 for a bao that BARELY had any filling. There was only 4 THIN pieces of pork belly, more veggies and a thin line of sauce. There was more bun than anything else and $13.59 is way overpriced for it. Reading other reviews about the food truck I see other people had similar experiences of being disappointed in the portion size for the price point.

Wow! This is my new favorite place. Not only is the food unreal, theyhave amazing portion sizes! And all served by the sweetest older gentlemen! He was so nice and we had such a great experience. Me and my partner ate here late on a week night. We were the only ones eating there at the time. The food was incredible, tasted amazing and was beautifully presented. The food came out extremely quick (we were the only ones eating). The atmosphere was decent, definitely could use a little bit of a boost. Overall amazing experience !!!
