Spicy Noodle - Winnipeg

We really enjoy eating at the Spicy Noodle House, and always get the #1, spicy peanut noodle soup, sometimes with spring rolls and sometimes without. A great place for a family visit, and we will keep going back.

I went to lunch with a friend and we received prompt and friendly service. We shared a delicious spicy peanut soup, sesame chicken, and plain chop suey. The portions were generous and everything was tasty. I would definitely order the same dishes again. Overall, I would say it was an average experience - nothing particularly great or bad about it.

Just had their deluxe wonton soup... perfect on a cold winters day. I want to go back for another. price is good and food is extra tasty. I highly recommend.

The service at this basement restaurant is excellent and the food comes out very quickly. The atmosphere is casual and the prices are reasonable. I only have experience with their soups, specifically the tofu and vegetable noodle soup with spicy peanut vegetarian broth, which is amazing. The portions are large and I usually can't finish it all. The tofu absorbs the broth nicely and the vegetables have a nice crunch to them. The restaurant is known for their spicy peanut broth, which can be added to any soup. They also offer a vegetarian broth option, which is lighter and less oily than the meat broth. The dishes are filled with noodles, veggies, and lots of flavor. My boyfriend always orders the ground pork noodle soup with spicy peanut meat broth, and sometimes asks for no noodles. The staff are accommodating with custom requests. They have chili sauce and oil available, but you have to ask for it. The only downside is that the hot and sour soup can be inconsistent. Overall, I keep going back for my favorite dish and hope to figure out which chef makes the best hot and sour soup. For now, I'll stick to my regular order.
