Came to get chocolate timbits for my children, they had no ready. they were nice enough to do something for me while I was waiting. there was another time with children, silvia the manager, let my children welcome.

I asked for toasted cheese croissant and after long waiting the give me burnt cheese croissant. Such a terrible service at night.

Horrible customer service, called them for soup, they said we have it, but when I reached ,the girl denied and when I told her to double check, they had the soup.Moreover, I asked and paid for full whole wheat bun, they just gave me half and then I asked for salt, pepper and butter, there was nothing in the bagUsed to visit there alot but now they don't have the good employees

There is such horrible customer service here every time I come in. The staff are always rude and they sound bitter as well. Its not welcoming at all here. My friend who is searching for a job and applied to this location could do a much better job, they have 5 years experience, and when I came in to this location with them, they were always nice to staff and seemed more lively than anyone working at this place. There needs to be more training put in place or something because I am always so displeased by the unwelcoming service, I receive at this specific location. It is not right and just like everyone else says, Tim Horton's is really going down hill, I can never find friendly service at any location, and especially not this one.
