Feedback gevenWe were well three months ago in the local and it actually tasted excellent. I was very satisfied with the professional circumvent with my food incompatibility (gluten). Today we were again there to make a beautiful Sunday walk out, unfortunately we were disappointed this time. on my note that I could not contract certain foods and demand whether the appetizer I favored would be in question, assured me that this was the case. Unfortunately, this time it was a different lady than the last time. I also ordered the main dish and repeatedly pointed out that I do not contract gluten, i.e. brot, croutons, flour etc. and I also like to choose another main dish. I was once again assured that this is not a problem at all and that the selected court is harmless. when the appetizer came, the service power told me that unfortunately broth discs were found on the court. (this may sound banal, because they are easily removable, but a nussallergic does not say that he should take the nut out of the sauce). I gave the salat back to the kitchen with the note that I could not eat it and also pointed out several times. I didn't know what I was doing... in the kitchen the chef completely rusted out and probably didn't take into account that the whole thing was listening locally. the service power should take the roasted broth slices down and eat this "self". I'm supposed to go eat in the sick house. in the kitchen a dispute between the owners over the salat that the whole came along locally. When I went to the kitchen and said that I didn't get insulted and asked for the bill, the "cook with many reviews in the gault millau" said only well and shouted further. the second lady, who is part-owner, was very striving and apologised, but I felt publicly humiliated, as all the other guests looked at me as if I had the cholera. I didn't want to listen to the screaming chef anymore. this was probably an salate, one imagines the uprising of a falsely fried steak! for me this has died locally unfortunately.
Already the cute bead soup was a dense. foamy, light and with it thin discs smoked duckb. wein: greyburgunder von heger. as the main course - on our request fileted - with thymiankartoffeln, tomaten and a shot of aromatic sauce. the skin, the flesh white and juicy. as a conclusion espresso and calvados. for such a kitchen has waited winsen long!
In the frame of a birthday party we were allowed to be guests in the marchstall. the foods with a lot of love were a pure joy of the palate and have left a lasting tasteful impression with us. all the staff members of the house were very friendly and always attentive. Disadvantages of children who can already happen were done with much understanding and without accusing to the children. To a local this quality had to wait Winsen/Luhe for a long time!nun it is, hopefully long, in this small and cozy city!
