Moe's Southwest Grill - Winter Haven

The nachos salad meat tasted spoiled. I usually gets a nachos salad but this one on Wednesday after tasted very BAD like it was spoiled. I got the ground beef g or my meat.

Food and service were great. The floors were dirty.

Had the most awkward interaction yesterday at this location. Walk in and there is a sign sitting on the counter stating that you can make ANY taco a blazing taco just ask for the red shell. Start my order for a veggie taco and ask for the red shell when the guys working behind the counter start freaking out. Saying they cannot do that and that they would get in trouble with Jason and Jason would fire them if they used the red shell on anything other than the birria taco. We point out the sign on the counter that says ANY taco. They advise that Jason would fire them if he caught them using that shell because once it’s out of stock that’s it no more red shells. They made an exception since Jason wasn’t in at that time. They then state they should just put it in a box and make us build our tacos ourselves. They also didn’t know how to charge for our veggie tacos so they decided to charge us with veggie tacos, confusing. Then the people that came in after us appeared to order tacos and asked for the same shell and the guys behind the counter, basically yelling says, “WELL I DID IT FOR THOSE GUYS I GUESS I CAN DO IT FOR YOU” and everyone turned and stared at us. Idk what’s going on here but someone needs some customer service training. Idk who Jason is but if he’s constantly threatening to fire people maybe he should be fired!

We had a wonderful dining at Moe’s. Kristin helped prepare our meals and regularly checked up on us to make sure we were doing good. We truly got a restaurant experience unlike any other place.

Store was very clean and the staff were friendly. Great food.
