Starbucks - Winter Haven

I stopped in today since the Starbucks on CGB and Hwy 17 was closed and found that the drive thru line was double wrapped around the store! I decided to park and go inside and the inside was packed, too. When it was finally my turn to order, the very kind employee smiled and immediately informed me that it would be about a 45 minute wait on drinks. I really appreciated being given that information so I could decide if I wanted to place an order and wait or go.I placed my order (because the apple crisp oatmilk shaken espresso is THAT delicious) and waited in amazement. Every single barista was HUSTLING! They were working together like a well oiled machine.Most people waiting were being kind and understanding. A few were grouchy. The Starbucks employees never lost their cool, nor their smiles! Kudos to the team for an excellent job! I will definitely be visiting this store more often!

It was ok. I only drink regular coffee not that fancy shamcy stuff so for me it's just ok. Personally I like WAWA coffee better.

It was the worst service ever. I waited 30 minutes and still didn’t get my drinks. If it’s busy give your customers the options to wait or not wait by giving them an estimated time on how long to expect their drinks. Ridiculous.

The reason for this low score is the amount of money you pay for coffee you want a FULL ? ? !! BARTOW LOCATION YOU ARE KNOW FOR THIS ???

I come for the coffee! I like to order ahead in the app and just pick it up at the counter. It's so easy!
