Island Fin Poke Company Winter Springs

We were searching for a new lunch spot on Sunday afternoon. We found this little gem. When we walked in we were greeted by the staff we didn’t catch their names). They both were so helpful with their recommendations. They made us both delicious poke bowls. Then we noticed the Dole Whip we ordered one each! After we were finished with our bowls, she brought us out our Dole whip ! Huge serving for $4 , apparently during Happy Hour , 3pm to 6pm it’s $3! Who needs Disney when we can get Dole whip for $3!!

I ordered on Uber eats this evening and did not receive the pineapple soft serve I ordered. I sent a message to Uber eats and they aren’t price adjusting. As a restaurant you should be updating the menu on these platforms if something isn’t available instead of stealing from your patrons. Update to the response: I order delivery when I don’t have time to make dinner or do other things. So no I don’t feel like calling your restaurant to find out what happened. Based on the tone of your response, why would I want to call and get attitude? I don’t care for you to make it right. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had this item left off an order with this location.
