Chipotle Mexican Grill - Winterville

The food was not as fresh as it sits out for a while, dry the steak was very dry I was so disappointed that I wanted to go since the new advertisement for the garlic steak and they give you small portions for the price. they need to learn how to keep food moist through the day. A.Bizzell

Staff who repair the customers food are trained to give the MINIMUM quantity of meat to any other choice. I was the charge over $15, and I chose double chickens $3.55 EXTRA) that is a spoon FULL, while half a spoon of steak that wasn't even a half of THEIR spoon. I probably got 9 little steaks. Customers like me are really torn off when we pay attention to what they calculate vs what the AMOUNT they put in our orders!

I prefer to eat in Winterville, NC location; best chipotle, clean, consistent, friendly. I have always enjoyed the quality of food and people. I love this company, but I can't say the same about my experiences at Jacksonville, NC location; consistently unpleasant. Trash buckets are full, sweet tea is either empty or out, there is a stall when you go in the building (probably through the garbage). I hope there is an improvement. Perhaps the management and staff of Winterville Jacksonville could make a visit and teach them something. Righteous, Sam

The food was soooo DELICIOUS I had to meet the cook whose name is Rah! I will definitely return AGAIN and AGAIN??

For $9 literally I got a small scoop of rice and about 4 pieces of chicken, really disappointed at this chipotle. I hope this is not same practice at other places
