Papa John's Pizza - Winterville

We have nothing negative to say about Papa John's. It's great, especially since the only way we used to order was by using PayPal Credit. Papa John's is one of the few places where you can pay with PayPal Credit.

I went to pick up an order because Google indicates that they are open until 2 o'clock. However, the woman at the front desk told me they were closed in a very rude tone. If it weren't for her extremely disrespectful attitude, I wouldn't have felt the need to leave a review. Due to this poor customer service, I will not be using this Papa John's again.

The manager provided excellent service, and the food was fantastic!

Customer service is terrible. My order was never delivered to me, because of the lack of communication with the staff. From the person that answered the phone to the delivery person, not sure what happen... No Pizza was delivered to me. Charge my card..Per manager it refunded. Spoken with both managers Ron and Rebecca and they didn't even apologize about the issue.
