The Burger - WISCONSIN DELLS

Waited an hour to order, and waited another hour to speak only to a manager. I bought my bh twice, because he was burned, the cook heard that he was not burned! Imao I went to the cooking school; and when my teachers saw and heard, they would laugh. all the burgers were burned and disgusting. They lose the cook or tell him to lower the heat on his grill. they get profis on the grill because it was just sad.

Typically expectations are low for a restaurant hidden between an arcade and a waterpark, so we were sure surprised by the excellent burger, fantastic grilled BBQ bacon chicken sandwich, and tasty fries. Quick, friendly service, and prices comparable to most other bar and grills in a resort town. Connected to all of the Wilderness buildings via indoor skywalk (about a nine minute walk from Glacier Canyon Lodge where we stayed).

Hit or miss with the staff and cooks was treated rudely on a couple occasions

The lady who took our order was super nice. They were very attentive to what we needed regarding condiments. And those burgers were AMAZING. Thank you to those there taking orders, serving and handing out food!! You guys are doing a wonderful job!

Very nice and modern restaurant, but that’s all there is to say about it. Every other aspect is poor. The service is terrible and they were out of the basics such as: ketchup, shake mix and other items. The food was burnt to a crisp and it cost $50 for three burgers with drinks. Do not recommend.
