Elmo's Pizza Subs - Wolcottville

My family and I decided to try this place out and we were not dissatisfied. They had AMAZING customer service, they were so nice and patient. Once we got our food ordered he told us it would be a 15 minute wait so we decided to wait out in our vehicle. The kind gentleman walked out our food to our car! We didn't even have to come back inside. Given it was later at night, but the service we received from them was astonishing! Food was hot and amazing too!

I ordered a pizza and the crust wasn't done. I called and spoke to Caleb five minutes before closing. He was very patient with me and remade my pizza. Honestly best pizza I have ever gotten from Elmo's. Such a respectful young man. I believe he will be an amazing manager some time soon. Thank you Caleb for making us a great pizza! I give him personally !

There's never food in the warmer during breakfast and if there is it is a pizza or Bosch sticks. I like pizza but I'd rather eat breakfast foods.

I've been ordering from Elmo's for almost 4 years I have a child with a tomato allergy I have always been able to have the sauce replaced with bosco butter tonight I get my pizza home and guess what there's tomato sauce on it. When I called them they told me they cannot take the sauce off of a pizza and even though I had told them in the instructions that I had a tomato allergy in my home they put freaking tomato sauce on the pizza. So now I get to figure out what to feed a child did I order the specialty pizza for because he can't eat it I get to cook something for dinner when that was the whole point of ordering Elmo's in the first place.

Pizza made right every time,fantastic flavors and genuinely amazing staff.
