The hotel is clean and the staff, especially the breakfast waitress, are charming. I didn't like several points: parking an electric vehicle which must be done in a very narrow underground garage. Forced to go in reverse to get out. the surprise costs (50€! for recharging our vehicle excluding the managers' response to my partner is unacceptable, no one charges as much as what you mention. We were charged for parking in this garage which they locked in the evening when we left for the restaurant. To not disturb us we waited until the next morning. Here again we had to ask to open the garage to retrieve our car (waste of time when we want to leave early for hikes and we were billed for it at the end of our stay. Really sneaky way of doing things. the opposite of the balcony of the room for the dogs and us really too intrusive I had asked to bring my dogs with me in the small garden but impossible as a result not dog friendly, even in the morning at breakfast no dogs accepted otherwise we had been offered a pick up the music is too loud in the breakfast room and given that the table is placed depending on the room, it is not possible to move from the speakers. We spent a few nights there and can only express our praise. Very cozy hotel and very familiar. We immediately felt comfortable. The wellness area is very nice and large and we used it every day after hiking. Particularly noteworthy is the breakfast buffet, which leaves nothing to be desired. We have rarely seen a buffet with such a selection. The hotel is centrally located in Selva, not far from the gondola and bus stop. Bellissimo ed elegante hotel in un'ottima posizione. Pulizia impeccabile, splendida spa e piscina. I proprietari e tutto lo staff sono di una gentilezza incredibile, attenti e molto cordiali. Siamo anche stati spostati in una stanza migliore di quella prenotata inizialmente, abbiamo quindi trascorso questi giorni nel migliore dei modi. Speriamo di ritornare!
