Nuvegan - Woodbridge

This restaurant is incredible! During my time in town, I visited their DC location. After I relocated to Northern Virginia, my family and I would visit monthly to indulge in our favorites! When they opened their Woodbridge location, I was among the first in line! Even though it’s completely vegan, this place can surprise those who aren’t familiar with their menu. My absolute favorites include the mac and cheese, greens, sweet and garlic kale, yams, light bites, crab cake sandwich, and chicken tarties! You have to give it a try. You won't be disappointed!

Just a heads-up about the Woodbridge location of fyi: it’s situated within the vibrant Epic Food Lounge. The dining experience is excellent, and the servers, who are local youth, are very courteous and eager to help. If you’re planning to enjoy Sunday brunch, I recommend arriving early. I had the drumsticks and the tuna macaroni salad. The drumsticks were tasty, although there were only three. I'm not sure if it's just that I've been craving macaroni salad or if hers was simply that amazing, but it was truly unforgettable and definitely something I'll order again (and again).

Food was delicious got the vegan fried steak and lasagna both amazing. So happy to find this new spot.
