Starbucks - Woodburn

I had a really bad experience at this Starbucks the “supervisor” her name is Anna was very rude she made my drink bad it’s been a few times that I go there any every time she has an attitude. Will not be back to this location!

This place is horrible, they made my drink wrong twice and with a nasty attitude! I have to dump my drink finally coz it’s exhausting to talk to her coz her super ugly attitude and personality, that Hispanic woman who made my drink seemed so angry with my drink and smashed it so hard on the table. Unbelievably rude! Nasty baristas with poor skills, do not even know how to respect people. Please make sure to train your employees well before they bring people a horrible experience!

I asked for a latte with caramel, but they made a bitter latte without caramel :

We went today and when I ordered a Matcha with lavender foam and I pacifically asked for light ice and they gave me 3/4 of iceThey are just trying to scam us. I am very disappointed.

Long wait… left without. 1 barrasita and the rest of staff stocking product for the day.
