Great Açaí bowls. Go everyday after the gym to have the amazon protein bowl. Inexpensive and full of protein and nutrients. Highly recommend.
One person working in the Juice Bar, with 5 people waiting in line to order, and other people still waiting for their orders. I 've called the managers at Wholefoods to speak with them about this. In fact, I 've spoken to them at least twice about this specific issue. Each time they said they 'd make a note of it. After months, it 's still the same problem. I hate this place. Never ordering anything from that juice bar again. The managars should have the courage to say we can 't have more than 1 person in the juice bar , instead of BS like We 'll make a note of this
Avoid this Whole Foods like the plague. The one on Ventura in Tarzana is way better staffed and managed. Empty shelves, poor selection on fresh produce, most veggies and fruits are not even organic. Very sparse selection on everything else. Whoever the product manager is for this store has awful taste. Staff is sluggish and slow during checkout. Security DGAF on quarantine in-out line speed and isnt paying attention. The already prepared food looks old and fetid. These tiny popup Whole Foods are garbage, lets just stick with nice large stores like in Pasadena. The only worse Whole Foods in LA would be the tiny stores situated in West side LA.
The worst kind of customer service is not doing everything possible to keep people safe and secure. Today I 'm at this wholefoods, and there 's a guy who has taken off his mask and is coughing loudly without even covering his mouth. I was waiting for my coffee at the coffee/juice stand, and then I went the security guy standing at the door and told him there 's a guy who took off his mask and is coughing, and is leaving his mask off! The security guy said Who? I said Right behind me . The guy who took off his mask was waiting in line, and he was clearly in sight just a few feet away. The security guy then tells me to tell the cashiers. I 'm like WTF?! Aren 't you at work here right now? I tell the security guy that I can see my coffee is ready and I 'm going to grab it. Nothing was done about this, because nobody talked to the guy. I called the store and spoke with one of the management people. Annie was the person I spoke with. I told her what I wrote in this review. Annie said Oh, it would be better to deal with this as it was happening. I told her that I did report it as it was happening, to the security guy. She said The security is a third party company. You should have told a store manager . I don 't even know who the store manager is, and I already told someone who works there, third party or not , he is working at this place for purpose of security , right? I guess not. I don 't know why the security guy couldn 't have told a store manager. By the way, I 've also seen that same security guard spitting just outside the store entrance where people walk in and out and wait in line to get in the store. He is an older guy who always wears military style boots, and speaks with a Russian-sounding accent. When I spoke with Annie on the phone, she basically just said I hear ya . To me I hear ya is not good enough. Saying something like I 'm really sorry this happened and it will be dealt with today. I 'll speak with security to ensure we have a better system of communication... something like this would have been better than I hear ya
