Chili's - Woodstock

Social distancing is strictly enforced, service was fabulous and the food was served quickly and exactly as ordered. Discovered the young man that was cleaning tables, wiping things down, sweeping the floor and delivering meals was actually the manager. He and his staff are top-notch....highly recommend!

Most of our visits occur on Friday or Saturday night. We always opt for seating at the bar or tables in the bar area. We enjoy their hamburgers.... we have tried most of them. The service in the bar has always been fast and friendly. We visit about twice a month.

Of course it 's Friday night and this Towne Lake restaurant was full with many people waiting for a table. Thankfully I am a rewards member and did utilize the put your name on the waitlist feature. We lucked out and upon arrival got a table within 5 minutes. Once we got to our table we waited and waited and finally someone came and took our drink order. We noticed the table next to ours and the people sent back their food and drinks twice. Initially thought they must be those troublesome customers . Our waitress arrived with our drinks and took our order same waitress for the troublesome customers . Then the long wait took place. I heard the waiter for the table behind us apologizing to them that the wait was due to having no skillets to plate their food. We finally got our food after finishing chips and salsa and another order of chips and salsa to give you an idea of the time wait. Our waitress was attentive that was not the issue. We had plans to go somewhere else after dinner but could not because the time we took at the restaurant was Much longer than expected. I am hoping management will hire more kitchen help and train them to get the orders out timely and without mistakes on the food. Our food was good, no problem. Will probably go back because they are convenient in the neighborhood, but never at dinnertime and many months from now.

Awful service, awful food and terrible customer service. 2 children 2 adults served. After 10 minutes we asked where the food was for the other 2 members. Oh, I’ll go check. About 5 minutes later they bring it out say, “ it wasn’t suppose to be brought out.” No apology. Fries were all cold. ‘Oh we’re re making some fresh”. No apology. We had to ask for our appetizer, then they brought it out. It was the first time in my life I tipped less then 20%. I really didn’t want to leave anything, they did not deserve it, but I couldn’t. My husband was suppose to have beef brisket. If it was truly brisket it had to come from the oldest cow on the farm. If you are smart you will avoid this place like the plague.

As you walk into the restaurant there is a odd smell it does not smell fresh. Meeting a group of people so I had to stay. The waitress was very nice and had great customer service skills. However the overall restaurant needs to good cleaning.
