What a wonderful accidental find. Village pub with function room. Popped in for lunch last Saturday. Staff were welcoming, fire was burning and we were seated quickly. The menu was really varied and different. Worth a look on the website. All the food is home cooked and apparently the pies are the go for dish. Can 't say as we didn 't opt for this for lunch. However we did opt for the chicken topped risotto and the venison shepherds pie. Don 't be deceived by what appears to be smaller portions. The meals go a long way. Food was great and service attentive. Would I go back. Yes, definitely. Thank you all.
