Feedback gevenWas given someone else's order and realized that once we got home. I make the drive from Crete which is not close. I called and was told they were sorry and would put a credit on my account for next time. I called today to use it and was told they didn't know what I was talking about and there was no credit. Bad customer service. I was pretty upset when I had someone else's order named Rodriguez but let it go when they said they'd honor it next time. Just a lie to get me off the phone obviously. Do better. I won't be coming back for this reason and we been going there for years.
My favorite Waldo Cooneys location. Have been coming here for about 6 years now. Food is always made right, and orders are always complete.
Lots of memories, used to work by it for 29yrs, loved it, had it everyday for lunch!!
My first time ever ordering from this location as I don't live in the area I normally buy from the ones in chicago which were great!! I ordered pizza for my mom that is currently in a nursing home and can barely breathe and is on oxygen and the one thing she asked for is a pizza and i communicated with the delivery guy to deliver to her nursing home location front desk the guy ended up just giving my moms order to some random guy who was not associated with the facility literally on the street and my mom never got the pizza called for a refund the guy was so rude and nasty to me and my mother all because he gave our order to a random guy told us they will give the refund and said we cannot order ever again and that they will block us which seems totally unfair as I been kind the whole step away so disappointing will stick to what I know the chicago locations only.
I ordered a pizza from there about 3 weeks. I complaint about the pizza. There was no cheese hardly on it at all or sausage and it was all sauce and the pizza dough was not cooked through. It was a stuffed pizza...I complained to John the manager.. This is the berwyn store. And he didn't care too much, he said. Next time you order, let me know I'll take care of you. That is not the way you take care of a complaint. So I call up the store in Beverly..Which I thought was the corporate store and talked to some young lady. And she said that the owner comes in there every day and would relay my message to him. I said please have him call me. Needless to say, it's been well over 3 weeks and I have not heard a word. This is the way they take care of their complaints good for them.I would not recommend them to anyone..I believe the girl I talked to said the owner was Gary..Still no call back..
