The Thirsty Beaver Hometown Pub Grub

The visit today was terrible. They keep you waiting at the host stand that says Please wait to be seated just for them to tell you to sit near the bar after waiting 5 minutes. There was no friendly greeting and when you interacted with any employee you were made to feel like you were a nuisance. The menu has shortened so much to essentially tenders, a burger and pizza. We left without even ordering food. This is the second time this has happened within the last 6 months. The first time we played it off as them being understaffed, and the service wasn 't great then either. Decided to give another chance and nothing has changed. Will not be going here ever again. No wonder Thirsty Beaver doesn 't feature this location on their website anymore.

Extremely fast and very mediocre food. Decent to cure hunger but would not recommend for an actual meal. No seasoning was used PERIODT.

Charged me $60 for 2 pitchers of beer at the bar. Seemed kinda overpriced to me. I asked the server if there was a pricing mistake and she said no. Meal type: Brunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We were a party of 3 but put as party of 10 so they can put automatic gratuity. Apparently they do that to every table. The service was so poor, so were the food quality. Had to wait long to be seated, to order and to pay the bill. We were not even provided plates for service. Gratuity is not service charge, and the menu certainly didn’t say automatic gratuity will be added on small groups. Very wrong way to run your business down the drain like this, big mismanagement.
