Himmelblau which opened in June has several vegan options. They serve vegan breakfast and various vegan lunch dishes, snacks and cakes. For coffee they offer soy and oat milk and today there were three vegan cakes to choose from. Without being asked, the staff pointed out that the biscuit with the coffee was also vegan, which I found incredibly thoughtful. Great location in the middle of the city!

A great place for a good cup of coffee. It‘s located in the pedestrian area of the town centre. They offer a lot of vegan cakes, like chocolate banana or grapefruit. The staff is very nice and helpfull. Just ask for their vegan options. But it is clearly marked on the menue as well. The scrambled “egg“ is very good. They also have warm vegan meals and soup.
