Feedback gevenI was staying at the nearby Premier Inn and wanted to order a pizza for delivery while I was in the middle of an online chat. However, I encountered some difficulties when trying to place my order. The Domino's online app did not offer Premier Inn as a delivery option for my postcode. When I tried to order by phone, I was told that they were busy and not taking phone orders, and I should use the app instead. Despite explaining that the app was not working for my location, they still would not take my order over the phone. I eventually tried to place an order at the Cressex Dominos, but was told I could only order from the Central area. Frustrated, I gave up on ordering a pizza.
We ordered from Domino’s thinking it was a reputable company, our order was delivered late and was completely wrong, we spoke to them on the phone they put the phone down and then kept declining our calls, totally ruined the evening, our pizza want even cut!!!
Just the most appalling service I have ever experienced. After the first time I was waiting over two hours I thought I would give them a second chance, more fool me. Three hours we were waiting for cold pizza and continually lied to when calling the manager as to how much longer we were to wait. I was refunded as it was so terrible but in truth by the time it arrived it was too late to eat. I will never use Dominos again.
Took 2 hours to arrive had to chase it up twice then cold,chewy and dry by arrival, go somewhere else, maybe a different dominos.
Appalling service. 2 hours for delivery and I had to chase them. When the food came it was only mildly warm. No apology, just fobbed off with “manager” saying it was a busy Friday.
