Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

This was our first time here. We were immediately welcomed and immediately helped by a friendly employee. The food came out in a short time. Burgers were pretty delicious! Fries were also good, although they were quite salty... much less salt would be my suggestion. I didn't care if there were any condiments in packages. There were no ketchup packages available, but I could get some when I went to the counter and asked for them. There was only one Mayo package. I didn't want to go back to the counter for the second time. The place was clean. Overall we enjoyed our experience and go back!

I love this place!! Great food! Great service for the most part! The evenings always seem to be the best! I noticed in the nights that the manager Shelby works the red ladder, things are always the best. You never forget anything or mess everything. Fries are fresh and hot!! If they screw it up, they do it right. But I never messed up food in the evening shift. 10/10 stars

For the first time at Freddy's and it was a nice experience. The main reason that I give 3 stars is because of the price-quality ratio, as I did not feel that the quality of the ice was nowhere near what it cost. It was not bad or so, but compared to Andys and other Custard locations, the MID was best. Otherwise, the staff was really nice and patient with us and there were nice lighting, plentiful parking and outdoor seating.

4 stars overall because they do not take mobile pay. Fries are shoe string fries with heavy seasoning...very good. Burgers are also very good. The custards are yum yum too. The kids always beg for the the gummy worm ice creams.Food: 5/5

Good Burgers, good fries although small, are quite tasteful.Definitely check out the key lime pie malt. Only real complaint was the cleanliness, of the place, alot of leftover food from previous guests.But will still highly recommend.
