Feedback gevenThe food at this restaurant is consistently oily, and a friend of mine reported that their chicken was not cooked properly during a recent visit. Despite this, the staff is incredibly diligent and hard-working. Additionally, two of my friends ended up receiving incorrect orders during their visit.
I want to thank the two young employees who were working around 3:00 today. I made a mistake with my order twice, but when I returned to the shop, they were very kind and did not make fun of me for getting confused. Thank you to these lovely, kind young people.
I have spoken to several individuals who have all had the same experience at the KFC in Fleetwood. It seems that you never receive your complete order. Upon returning home, items are always missing and attempts to contact the restaurant via the phone number on the receipt are unsuccessful. For example, when ordering a boneless feast and inquiring about the dips, you are met with a dismissive response and asked to choose from a limited selection of sachets instead of the four advertised dips. This inconsistency in service has led us to travel further to a different KFC that does not disappoint like the ones in Fleetwood have - with multiple instances of missing items including corn cobs, bags of chips, chicken fillets, and even hot wings that were paid for but not included in the bag. When addressing these issues upon return visits, we were met with indifference and told that we should have called earlier. It is frustrating to not receive what was paid for, especially when compared to the service at other KFC locations on the Fylde Coast.
Came in to order a family feast bucket, popcorn snack box x3 and few extras, they only got the snack boxes right and extras, didn’t notice till got home so trecked all the way back to get the order right, they still got it wrong
The food was so good the chicken was great but it needs to be cleaned more but sprouts 5 stars!!!!!!!!
