Feedback gevenI tried the Tsubu kakiage regular bowl (820 yen) for the first time. It was my first time trying Tsubu kakiage, and it was surprisingly delicious. The price was reasonable and I really liked it.
I really enjoyed the crispy and flavorful tempura with whole grains. The soba noodles were firm and had a smooth texture, which paired perfectly with the tempura bowl.
I want to eat here before heading north to Shiretoko because the prices there are high. There are plenty of Hokkaido menus, and the cost performance is good, so I want travelers to visit. Here, the semi-frozen (intentional) salmon bowl is delicious, and it even comes with miso soup, so it should help heal fatigue from driving. The legendary mozuku is also delicious, so please try ordering it. It has a pub-like atmosphere, but families can also feel free to enter. I will say it again, before heading to Shiretoko! On the way back! It is open until late in the night among Hokkaido stores.
観光客目線ですが、どれもとても美味しかったです。 特にモズクは普段食べているものより噛みごたえがあり、ホタテやツブ貝は甘みがありました。カラスガレイのカマは皮はパリパリ、身は深海魚のように柔らかかったです。また、ブリカマは骨から外すと鳥の胸肉かと思うくらいの食べごたえががありました。大根おろしと洋辛子?の組合せも新たな発見でした。価格も良心的だと思います。
名物のつぶのかきあげ丼は、つぶ貝の旨味が感じられて美味しかったです。 お蕎麦(温)も、独特のモチッとした食感で美味しかったです。
