While the selection at the marketplace is limited, the prices are surprisingly cheap, so you can get a good deal if you need something. It's a shame that Shimojin Shoten, which used to serve delicious horse meat stew, is no longer there.
I stopped by at the Michi-no-Eki stamp rally. It was nice to be able to take my dog for a walk. There was also a camping ground, and I picked up a brochure. I would like to come back again.
The rich soft-serve ice cream made with local milk in this area is delicious, and you can also purchase local confectionery, barbecue sauce, sausage, ham, yogurt milk, and more. Nearby, local grandmothers come to shop, and there is a camping ground next door, making it convenient to buy daily necessities. They also sell ice cream and other treats.
