Feedback gevenBefore heading to another famous spring, we stopped for a bite to eat. The soba noodles were delicious without a doubt. Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the tempura. The batter was too thick and felt more like a fritter. The konjac appetizer was flavorful and tasty. It seemed like the perfect match for drinks. If there had been coffee brewed with the famous spring water and some dessert afterwards, I would have liked to try the soba sweet soup as well. If I ever pass through this area again, I would definitely want to come back for another meal.
In November 2020, I added a note that a few years ago, male staff members joined the team and they can now accommodate large groups. This time, I went with 13 biker friends, and the service was smooth. We arrived at 11:00 am when they opened, and it may have been helpful that we called to make a reservation around 10:00 am.
This is a restaurant where grandma's flat soba noodles are impressive. The texture is different from regular soba noodles and I could taste them with a fresh feeling. However, I was a little worried along the way as we had to drive quite a bit from the main street along the Enyamagawa River into the mountains to get to the soba restaurant.
そば粉と山芋だけの素朴でしっかりとした蕎麦 地元のおばあちゃんの手打ち! つゆもいいお味 野菜の天ぷらの中でも、おかのりは絶品! 味がついているのでつゆにつけず、そのままどうぞ 遠いけど行く価値あり!
今は定食はやってないとの事だが 単品で頼めばほとんど定食。笑 バイカーが結構集まるとの事だったが コロナ自粛もあってか土曜の昼時なのに お客様がまばらだった しかし、蕎麦はうまい! クラウドファンディングもしてるとの 事なので昔訪れた方も一度ホームページを 見て見て欲しいかな
