Feedback gevenI'm a huge fan of gravity coffee but will not be going back to this location. I waited in line while both employees were socializing with the car in front of me. During this time I watched 4 other vehicles in the other pull through lane give up and leave. I left as well and then I went over to starbucks across the street and the other 4 vehicles were there as well lol
Went here for the first time, and will be the last. Pulled up and didn 't get a hello, we 'll be right with you . Just got a couple of looks. Rude looks. Asked if we had a phone number with them, said no, and didn 't ask if we wanted to be added. And it took too long for the drinks we asked for. All 3 strikes in one. Lost a potential customer.
Super friendly staff. Drive- through service is quick and efficient. At this location, the staff always makes time to say hello and asks how your day is going... then sticks around to hear your answer. This is not always the case for their other locations. Other locations could take a page from this location's playbook. They get it right every time I stop.
The drinks are good but they take forever. When this stand opened in yelm they got drinks out quickly and smoothly but now it takes 15 minutes to get a single drink.
Our visit, unfortunately was time consuming just to wait to get to the window. To their credit, there was one barista running the shop so there is that.The one real issue I have, to be honest, is their prices are way to high to be worth making daily trips like we used to.
