I ordered a Parmesan Caesar salad and a small fry. Giselle took my order. I asked for fries right out of the grease she said “what is that?” I said you know I want my fries to come right out of the grease she responded with “oh you mean fresh?” ? I said yes, paid for my order, a few minutes later I got my salad and my fries.My fries tasted burnt and they were brown, I asked for another order of fries because these tasted burnt. Giselle went over to the fried bat and scooped up more fries out of the same batch, put them in a bag and gave them to me. They too were brown and burnt.I asked for my money back Giselle said what was wrong with it because I gave you a different batch.I told her they were burnt and repeated to her, “remember, I said they were burnt.”Natalie walks over completes my return.I asked Natalie what was Giselle‘s name because she was very rude and acted as if she owned the Wendy’s by questioning why I wanted to return the fries.Natalie would not give me Giselle‘s name by responding “why do you need her name?”I happen to see her name on my receipt and said to Natalie, “ok, her name is Giselle.”The manager, or she looked to be the manager, walked over and explained to me that she didn’t know why the fries were coming out tasting burnt because they’ve been doing that here lately.The disrespect I received at this location from these children was uncalled for.I came back to ask Natalie‘s name, she PROUDLY gave me her name as if she knew there would be no repercussions for the treatment they gave me. I will do the survey that’s on my receipt and I will never return to this Wendy’s ever!
I haven't been to Wendy's in about 10 years and I won't go back.Dude made me sick to my stomach within 2 hours. It was gurgling and I had bloat and gas.I did not get my order cooks the way I asked and there was no napkins.
I did a carry out mobile order. Dave’s classic no condiments or bun. They actually made a lettuce wrap for me. Thank you so
This place needs a new overnight manager. First they told me they were out of chicken then when I ordered a burger I was told they were not 'doing ' beef. When I mentioned the no chicken thing it became obvious to me they just didn 't want to take my order. Why be open if you 're employees are gonna act like that.
