It's probably unfair to give this pub 5 stars as I've been visiting this place for 15 years or so and it has undergone many changes, owners and refurbishments....

Little gem of a drinking pub and massive beer garden that often has live entertainment or events on.

I always like to have a drink here when in York. It's an Ossett Brewery outlet, however it always has an excellent range of guest beers as well as draft ciders...

We often pop into The Fox after work or on a lunch break... (for a cola obviously) and it's always nice to see friendly staff working hard. Good beers all round...
