Chipotle Mexican Grill - York

The meal was disappointing. I'm not sure why, but it was too spicy and expensive. The tomatoes were also unripe and not very appetizing.

First went in and the place was ekeltingggg. Worse than 90? Couldn't sit anywhere where the seats were covered with food. Trash. Every single person who works looked miserable until we turned it into a game when we could see someone from the 5 people we saw. An elderly man made a joke and they stared at him so I had to laugh. From 3 different things we asked that they had none. Door Dash orders were grounded. There's orders in the house. Honestly, close this situation and let East York take all the money.

If I could give a negative. This place has never needed all the ingredients to make a regular burrito. Corporate needs to engage and see what is happening with this location.

Nice staff? Good food? But man? It was rough. Every surface had food residues on it? Trash cans? I'm sorry if they're understated, but there are some things you can let go of?t because of safety. Soda machine had slender? can't screw the stuff up.

The women preparing my burrito had a terrible attitude and were very rude. I work in the food industry, so I understand that it can be frustrating at times, but their behavior was unnecessary. They threw my burrito together in the messiest way possible and folded it so poorly that it fell apart at the first bite. I have been to other Chipotle locations in the area, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had.
