Not a huge fan of monk fruit sweetened anything, including the baked goods I tried from here. If you have to eat this way or have just bought into this diet fad, I guess this is a good place to check out. If you just want something tasty...skip it.

Omg best keto bakery I’ve ever been too. And I went to a sugar free bakery in Paris that didn’t have a lot of options. The best crab pretzel and cinnamon roll that didn’t spike my glucose. I have type 1 diabetes and love that I found a place that offers somany delicious amazing keto treats.

So happy to find that everything in the store is gluten free! Lots of fun goodies to try and the coffee was great too!

Bought from their stand at the Lancaster market. The peppermint chocolate “pound cake” was awful; dry and tasteless. Wasn’t happy about the company or food not being portrayed obviously that it was gluten free/sugar free. Also, you want something that’s “safe” I wouldn’t recommend something made with heavy cream…

Ordered a mango cheesecake and lemon blueberry cupcakes for our wedding. The best desserts we've ever had. Everybody was so impressed by them. Even if you're not diabetic, on keto or gluten free. You'll love these!
