Shangri-La Esna Park Restaurant - York

I initially reached out to them for banquet options and found their packages to be expensive based on the menu offerings, so I decided not to book with them. However, a few months later, I attended a gathering there. The service and decor were excellent, but I was not completely satisfied with the food. I believe they could improve by ensuring the dishes are kept warm and maintaining the quality of the food before serving it to guests.

My family of three visited this restaurant for dim sum on the weekend. Spending over $100 just for dim sum is outrageous! Goodbye.

We were there on Aug 12, 2017 and were told that the special dim sum was over about 2 weeks ago (one price for small, medium, large dishes if ordering before 11:00am). What's the reason?? They wanted to cut down the number of customers. No...wonder when we walked in around 10:30am the restaurant was not full. Very successful to meet their goal!!!

We had over 200 people that night celebrating school reunion dinner. Food was just ok. We find that it was a little salty on most of the dishes。service was excellent the hall itself is beautiful. It's a very nice place for weddings and big parties....The soup we had was very delicious. Would I recommend this place yes, maybe can give it another try.

We chose this restaurant for a large group (12 people) Dim-Summe lunch on a Saturday. we had an extra large table on a corner of the restaurant. Dimm-Quality is about average considering that this is a more upscale restaurant and prices are not. on the cheap side. However, the service was good and the restaurant people did not try to leave us so that they could get the table (there was no line for tables.) we were over two hours, it is a good place for a large group meeting.
