Burger was processed via retaliation. Biggest food I had for a long time while ..60 dollars not even feed my dog this ..SO called food ..
This review is based on the last three visits/visits in recent months. I have to say that this place really made her game. Looks like a new management. New, clean menus. The place is clean. The washrooms have not changed. But everything else seems to be better. As a wingstop, it deserves 4 stars. The wings are much better and evenly stuffed. Kudos to the Fritten purveyor, the Fritten are delicious. Nice and crispy. Last meal we all finished our fries and brought the left wings home. This hasn't happened so far. The nachos could use a better quality chip. Not only better, but also salty. Very good bottled wine prices too. Or chill with a selection of beer, or your Fave bev. Congratulations to improve.
Too bad I can't give stars. I have the appetizer plate, double wings and even par onion rings. All appetizers had oil oozing out. Looks like the oil when cooking is not hot enough and just saturated it all. Has taken the whole order back and the staff refused to destroy it. You wouldn't give me a refund. They only offered to replace some of the items from the appetizer board. The spare parts were just as bad. As a franchise, they should be more willing to keep their customers happy. Save the effort and go to the Angus Glen location, which is 10 minutes away. Never had this problem there!!!
My family or friends and I dive from time to time to watch a game have a few beers and some wings. Usually, what is expected. Standing franchise wings and food. Service has always been met and miss how at times they are... slow on staff for the amount of customers they have. It is very close to home and easy access outweigh the mediocrity. Last time, they seem to cut corners on things. Smaller portions, skipping on objects and even fewer staff. Our last station is unfortunately our last station. It was there on a matchday. They offer beer and wing specialties. Place was perhaps half full and they had 1 server there and what seemed to be the owner or manager. Knew it would be a slow service night, Thats ok, just order what we want a decent time before we need it. They offer a beer special on game nights, so we picked this up and put it in the food orders. Food was coming for a long time and this time was under his usual average. Parts fell even further, and the guys who ordered burgers were pretty confused. Small, overcooked. Try to order another round of beer specialties and were told they were sold out. Sold from 2 of the top sale beers on a week night during a special. Hmm. No problem I thought they have a bunch of other beers that are usually equal or less price, which is why not only offer one of them at a special price. No, waitress says they can't do it. We didn't ask for a premium beer, but only a same value. No. Please talk to the owner. No. Too busy. He even made eye contact just to run into his back. I owned a restaurant and a bar, so I was very vain, out of the camp, maybe an employee called in sick, small mistakes etc. But not to separate with the cartridges. If he had come by at all and said sad, it would not have been too bad. Nothing. Owner is probably in the wrong industry. Everything about the fast Buck and profit instead of customer service and experience. Didn't cost anything to come and say hello and sorry. And could have cost very little repair. If they really couldn't drop another beer in the special I know as a bar owner, they couldn't get them any extra costs. Maybe a few points from the food, a free pop, a garlic bread. Everything. Oh, good. I was polite and understanding, but I was still ignored. So we paid and went without ordering anything else. We also had some other guys on the way, so we decided to meet in a place down on the street. Space lost 8 guys eat and drink for the night, and we spend a bit when out. Not to mention, we are all the guys who go a bit after our games or watch events. This problem just ran off on a fairly large network of Markham types. Too bad. Maybe they should think about having a hospitality business.
Orders got switched( a mild order X-hot but the x-hot had very little kick) after complaining, they just switched the 2 orders, then they took x-hot to the kitchen and just pored more sauce over the existing sauce. initial try had some kick, but...the others didn't. A good restaurant, would have redone the order not just added a second sauce
